Service Delivery Policy
This Service Delivery Policy explains how SIA "OneZero", registration number 41503079902, delivers services to its Clients.
1. Digital service delivery
OneZero provides exclusively digital services. There are no physical goods shipped. All deliverables — strategy documents, ad campaigns, email flows, creative assets, audit reports, and reporting dashboards — are delivered electronically via:
- Email (PDF and document attachments).
- Shared cloud folders (Google Drive, Notion, Figma).
- Direct access to ad platforms, analytics tools, and the Client's own systems.
2. Onboarding timeline
After the service Agreement is signed and the first invoice is paid, onboarding typically follows this schedule:
- Day 1–2: Kick-off call, access setup, audit of existing accounts.
- Day 3–7: Strategy document and 90-day plan delivered to the Client.
- Day 7–14: First campaigns / flows / creatives launched.
- Ongoing: Weekly performance updates, monthly strategy reviews.
Exact timing depends on the speed of access provisioning and Client feedback turnaround.
3. Project deliverables
For one-time projects (e.g. CRO audits, email infrastructure builds), delivery dates are agreed in writing in the Agreement. We commit to delivering on time. If we anticipate any delay caused on our side, we will notify you in advance and propose a revised date.
4. Reporting & communication
- Weekly: Asynchronous performance update (Slack, email, or Notion).
- Monthly: Live strategy review call with senior team.
- Quarterly: Roadmap and KPI review.
- Always: Direct Slack/email access to your account lead during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 EET).
5. Service acceptance
Deliverables are considered accepted once the Client either approves them in writing or fails to provide feedback within 7 days of delivery. Until acceptance, we will iterate on reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
6. Force majeure
OneZero is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: ad-platform outages or policy changes, third-party tool failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or government action. We will notify the Client promptly and work to mitigate the impact.
